Thursday Morning Prayer for Ekklesia

Heavenly Father,

Pray with me today, Ekklesia family…

Lord, we come before You this morning with humility and honesty. We acknowledge that we have fallen short—through our thoughts, our words, our actions, and even our inaction. Father, forgive us. Wash us clean. Create in us a clean heart and renew a right spirit within us.

Acknowledging that there were moments we walked away from You—not because You failed us, but because we felt unworthy of Your love, Your grace, and Your presence; but today, Lord, we reject that lie and return to You with open hearts, asking You to restore us into right relationship, to cleanse us from every sin, and to renew our minds so we no longer run from You when we fall but run to You for mercy.

God, we don’t just ask for forgiveness—we ask for transformation. Break every cycle that keeps us returning to what You have already delivered us from. Give us the strength not to be repeat offenders in the areas where You’ve already spoken truth, already given conviction, already shown us a better way.

Holy Spirit, empower us today to walk differently. Where we were weak, make us strong. Where we were distracted, give us focus. Where we were tempted, provide a way of escape—and give us the courage to take it.

Father, restore us into right relationship with You—not just in word, but in lifestyle. Let our obedience reflect our love for You. Let our lives testify that we have been with You.

We declare today: we are not bound by yesterday’s mistakes. We are renewed by Your mercy, strengthened by Your grace, and led by Your Spirit.

Keep us mindful, keep us faithful, and keep us close.
