“The Will of God, the Grace of God”
2 Corinthians 12:9 (NLT) – “Each time he said, ‘My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.’ So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.”
Good morning My Ekklesia Family
A story tells of a shepherd once led his sheep through a narrow, rocky path up a steep hill. Some sheep hesitated—frightened by the climb. But the shepherd knew the safest steps, and his presence calmed their fears. Though the path was unfamiliar and treacherous, none were harmed, because they stayed near their shepherd. God leads us the same way—never into a place where His grace cannot sustain us.
Paul reminds the church in Corinth that grace isn’t just a gift—it’s power in weakness. When we walk in the will of God, we often face valleys, storms, and shadows. But His grace is not an afterthought—it is the assurance built into His will. If He led you there, He’ll keep you there.
“The will of God will never take you where the grace of God will not protect you” isn’t just a quote—it’s a theological truth rooted in the omniscient love of the Father. God's will is not reckless; it is righteous. And His grace is not fragile; it is fortified.
You may be facing a decision that feels too heavy, a calling that seems too high, or a trial that looks too painful. But remember: if God called you, He qualified you. If He brought you to it, His grace is already waiting on the other side of it.
➤ Trust the direction, even when you don’t recognize the destination.
➤ Believe that His grace will cover what your strength cannot carry.
➤ Rest in the truth that your protection is never outside His provision.
Dear Father,
We thank You that Your will for our lives is not only perfect, but protected by Your grace. We surrender our fears, our doubts, and our hesitations. We ask You to guide us, not according to our comfort, but according to Your purpose. Let Your grace be the cushion beneath every fall, the covering over every weakness, and the confidence in every next step. We trust You. We follow You. We rest in You. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
If you are walking through a storm, remember: His grace is already there. If you feel called but unsure, His protection is already assigned. Walk in faith. Come to Christ. Receive not just His will—but His grace, His love, and His saving power. There’s a place for you in the will of God—and it’s surrounded by grace.
