A Few Reasons to Praise God Today
Ephesians 1:7–8 (NLT)
“He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins. He has showered his kindness on us, along with all wisdom and understanding.”
Hello Ekklesia
Today, pause and breathe in this truth: You are free. You are forgiven. You are fully loved.
The richness of God’s kindness and grace is not a concept—it’s a reality paid for by the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Ephesians reminds us that God’s grace is lavish, not limited. He didn’t just sprinkle a little mercy on us; He showered us with kindness, wisdom, and understanding. What a God!
We praise Him today not because we’ve earned His favor, but because He gave it freely. Salvation isn’t something we achieve—it’s something we receive through faith in Christ. No amount of good behavior, deep thinking, or self-discipline can match the mercy He has shown us. Grace is God's undeserved gift—poured out from His love, not our merit.
So, why praise God today?
Because He purchased your freedom with Christ’s blood.
Because He forgave your sins, past, present, and future.
Because He gives you wisdom and understanding to live today in victory.
Because He loves you, and always has.
Let your gratitude rise today—not out of obligation, but out of adoration for the One who gave everything to bring you close.
Father God, thank You for Your rich kindness and incredible grace. I praise You for purchasing my freedom through Jesus. Thank You for forgiving me and showering me with wisdom. I confess that I cannot save myself—but I believe in the One who saved me. Let my life today reflect Your love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
