It's More Blessed to Forgive

Good morning My Ekklesia Family

“It’s More Blessed to Forgive”

Acts 20:35 (NLT) – “You should remember the words of the Lord Jesus: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”

But what if forgiveness is just one of the most powerful things we give?

To forgive is to release someone from the prison of your pain—and in doing so, you set yourself free.

It doesn’t mean what they did was okay. It doesn’t erase the wound. But it does refuse to let bitterness write your next chapter.

You are more blessed when you forgive, not because they deserve it, but because you do—You deserve peace. You deserve joy. You deserve to walk forward without chains.

Unforgiveness is a burden.

Forgiveness is a breakthrough.

So today, let go. Let God. And be blessed.

Lord, help me forgive like You forgave me.Teach me to release the pain, the anger, the betrayal.I want peace. I want healing.I want to walk in the freedom that comes only through forgiveness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Pastor Stephän Kirby
