Good morning My Ekklesia Family
“God Ain’t in a Hurry — But We Sure Act Like He Is”
Habakkuk 2:3 NLT
“This vision is for a future time. It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled. If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed.”
Beloved, let’s be honest—God is not in a rush... we are.
We rush through prayers, rush through healing, rush through seasons we haven't even grown from yet. But let me remind you of something powerful:
Heaven is never late. It just moves at the speed of divine purpose.
You’re weary because you’re racing a clock that God never wound up. You’re anxious because you’re measuring God’s faithfulness by your own impatience. You’re disappointed because you tied your peace to your plan instead of His promise.
But today, I prophetically declare over your life: Peace is coming with pace. Joy is coming with timing. What God has for you is already assigned—it’s not in question, only in preparation.
Habakkuk reminds us that delay is not denial—it’s divine design. God sets vision in place, not for the impatient, but for the trusting. Our God doesn’t operate on panic; He moves through providence. And if He promised it, it’s not lost. It’s loading.
Let your faith catch up to your future by slowing down enough to trust Him with your timeline.
Today, shift from hurry to hope.
Stop rushing to "arrive" and start resting in the One who’s ordering every step.
Surrender your calendar, your comparison, and your control. God’s not late—you’re just early.
Repeat after me:
“If it’s mine, I don’t have to chase it. If He promised it, I don’t have to force it. And if God is in it, I can rest while it’s working.”
Yahweh Shalom, my God of Peace,
I release my worry and my hurry. I surrender my timing and my tension. I silence every anxious thought with the sound of Your truth. I trust that what is mine will find me in the fullness of time. Give me the grace to wait, the faith to rest, and the strength to believe again.
In Jesus’ name.
Amen.
If you’ve been running ahead of God, it’s time to walk beside Him. The pace of peace is the pace of power. Jesus is calling you to alignment, not anxiety. Come join us at Ekklesia Christian Life Ministries—where peace isn’t a moment, it’s a lifestyle.
