Prophetic Word: “God Is Going to Make Things New for You”
1 Samuel 1:7–8 (ESV)
“So it went on year by year. As often as she went up to the house of the Lord, she used to provoke her. Therefore Hannah wept and would not eat. And Elkanah, her husband, said to her, ‘Hannah, why do you weep? And why do you not eat? And why is your heart sad? Am I not more to you than ten sons?’”
Prophetic Word for Ekklesia
The Lord says:
“Year after year, you’ve endured cycles that seemed unchanging. You’ve prayed, wept, and waited — and still it felt like the provocation never stopped. But I, the Lord your God, have been watching. Every tear that fell in secret has watered the seed of something new.”
I hear the Spirit of the Lord say,
“You have been faithful to come to My house even while broken. You kept showing up when others would have given up. You kept worshiping even when your heart was heavy. You kept believing even when others mocked your expectation. Because of your persistence, I am about to break the cycle.”
“The very thing that provoked you is about to push you into promise.”
Where there was barrenness, there will be birth. Where there was frustration, there will be fruitfulness. Where there was sorrow, there will be song.
The Lord says, “I am making things new for you, Ekklesia. I am birthing new ministries, new leaders, new intercessors, new worshippers, new families, and new faith. I am restoring the joy of your house and renewing the strength of your people.”
The Prophetic Shift
Just as Hannah’s pain produced Samuel — a prophet who shifted a nation — the pain of this season is producing a prophetic generation within this house.
Ekklesia, the Lord says: “What was empty will overflow. What was delayed will now be delivered.”
The Lord is saying,
“I am turning your weeping into witnessing. You will testify of how I brought you out. You will tell the story of how I made it new.”
Declaration
Repeat this aloud over yourself
“This is our Hannah season — not of sorrow, but of birthing.
What we’ve carried in prayer will come forth in power.
God is making things new for me. God is making things new for my house.
God is making things new for Ekklesia.”
Prophetic Prayer
Lord, we receive this word with open hearts.
Make all things new — our minds, our ministries, our marriages, our mission.
Where there has been delay, release acceleration.
Where there has been barrenness, birth abundance.
Let Ekklesia rise as a living testimony that You still remember, You still restore, and You still renew.
In the name of Jesus — the God who makes all things new. Amen.
