What Are You Doing With Your Seed?

Grace and Peace, My Ekklesia Family
Jesus often compared faith to a mustard seed—small, overlooked, but powerful enough to move mountains (Matthew 17:20, Mark 11:23, Luke 17:6). In His parables, seeds symbolize beginnings that, when sown, bring forth life and transformation.
Matthew 17:20 – A mustard seed of faith can uproot impossibility.
Mark 11:23 – Faith spoken with belief commands mountains to move.
Luke 17:6 – Even the deep-rooted mulberry tree must obey seed-sized faith.
The point? Faith is not about size, but about release. A seed kept in your pocket never grows—but planted, it multiplies.
Question: What are you doing with your seed? Are you hiding it in fear, or planting it in trust?
God has given every believer a seed of faith. That seed can transform your family, your finances, your church, and your city. But it must be planted, spoken, lived out, and watered with obedience.
Speak Faith Boldly – Command your mountain to move.
Sow Faith Daily – Share your testimony; plant seeds of hope.
Water Faith with Obedience – Walk in what God said even when you don’t see it yet.
Trust God’s Increase – A seed becomes a harvest in His timing.
“Abba Father, today I surrender my seed of faith to You. Uproot my doubts, strengthen my trust, and teach me to plant what You’ve placed in my hands. I dedicate myself to live by faith, not by sight. Encourage me to believe again, to hope again, and to move mountains in Jesus’ name. Amen.”
At Ekklesia, we believe in discipleship that multiplies. Jesus said, Go and make disciples of all nations. We invite you to take your seed of faith, plant it here, and grow in Christ Jesus with us.
Each 1, Reach 1, Bring 1 and Together we’ll Teach Every 1 the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
