GOD CAN USE THAT

Ekklesia Family, Grace and Peace...

Stop disqualifying what God has already decided to redeem and use.

2 Corinthians 12:9 (NLT) — “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.”

Supporting Scriptures: 1 Corinthians 1:27–29; Romans 3:23; Ephesians 2:10.

Paul asked God repeatedly to remove his “thorn.” Instead of removing the weakness, God revealed something greater: divine strength does not require human perfection.

The Greek idea behind weakness—astheneia—speaks of frailty, limitation, and inability.

God essentially told Paul: “Your limitation does not limit Me.”

Some of us have spent years telling God why He cannot use us.

“I've made mistakes.”

“I still struggle.”

“I don't know enough.”

“My past is too complicated.”

But God already knew your weaknesses when He called you.

Moses had issues. David had issues. Peter had issues. Paul had issues.

And God said:

“I can use that.”

Grace doesn't give us permission to remain unchanged. Grace gives us the power to surrender while God changes us.

Stop waiting for a perfected version of yourself that doesn't exist.

Bring God the person you are today.

Your obedience matters more than your excuses.

Today's declaration: “God, here I am—unfinished, imperfect, but available.”

Let's Pray...

Father, thank You that Your grace is greater than my weakness. Forgive me for allowing insecurity, failure, shame, or fear to become excuses for disobedience. I surrender the unfinished parts of me to You. Transform me, mature me, correct me, and use me. Let Your strength become visible through my weakness. In Jesus' name, amen.

Following Jesus isn't pretending you have everything together. It is surrendering everything you have to Him. If you've been standing on the sidelines because you don't feel qualified, step forward. There is room to grow, serve, learn, and become at Ekklesia.
