Gift of Grace

Good Morning Grand Rising Ekklesia

"The Gift of Grace"

Romans 3:23-25 (NLT)

"For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Yet God, in His grace, freely makes us right in His sight. He did this through Christ Jesus when He freed us from the penalty for our sins. For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin. People are made right with God when they believe that Jesus sacrificed His life, shedding His blood."

Romans 3:23-25 reminds us that none of us are perfect. We’ve all sinned, and in our own strength, we cannot reach the standard God requires. However, God’s love for us is so vast that He didn’t leave us in our sin. Through the sacrifice of Jesus, we are offered a way out—a gift of grace. This grace is not something we can earn; it is freely given. Jesus paid the penalty that we could never pay, and His blood covers our sins, bringing us into right standing with God. It’s through faith in Christ that we are made righteous, not by our works, but by the sacrifice of Jesus.

Today, many of us feel like we’re carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders. We struggle with guilt, shame, and a sense of failure. But Romans 3:23-25 speaks directly to that burden. Jesus invites us to let go of the need to be perfect and to trust in His perfect sacrifice. In your daily life, acknowledge where you’ve fallen short, but don’t stay there—receive the grace that is yours in Christ. You don’t have to earn God’s love; it’s already been given. Live each day in freedom, knowing that His grace is enough for every misstep.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your incredible gift of grace. We acknowledge that we have sinned and fallen short of Your glory, but we rejoice in the truth that Jesus has paid the price for our redemption. Help us to live in the freedom of that grace, not burdened by guilt, but empowered by Your love. Let us extend that same grace to others, walking in humility and joy. We trust in You, Lord, and we declare that Your grace is sufficient. In Jesus’ name, amen.

If you’ve been living under the weight of sin, know that Jesus offers you freedom today. He sacrificed His life for you so that you could live in the fullness of God’s grace. If you’re ready to accept that gift and begin a journey with Christ, now is the time. Join us at Ekklesia Christian Life Ministries, where we walk together in the love of Jesus, learning to follow Him every day.
