Reset and Renew

My Ekklesia Family
God has already repaired your past—now He is reforming your future through obedience, vision, and forward faith.
Isaiah 43:19 — “For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.”
Sirach (Ecclesiasticus) 2:10 — “Consider the ancient generations and see: who ever trusted in the Lord and was put to shame?”
Isaiah speaks to a redeemed people—not a rejected one. Israel’s past failures had already been addressed through God’s covenant mercy. The exodus proved God’s power to repair what bondage had broken. But now, God shifts the conversation. He tells them not to stay focused on former things—not because they were wrong, but because they were complete. The past had been handled. What remained was their willingness to move forward into something unfamiliar.
Many believers are still asking God to heal what He already healed.
Still revisiting guilt God already forgave.
Still relitigating pain Christ already carried.
Through Jesus, the past is settled. The cross repaired it.
Now God is reforming the future—reshaping habits, obedience, thinking, and direction.
This is where comfort Christianity struggles.
We love forgiveness, but resist formation.
We shout about grace, but hesitate at transformation.
God says, “I’ve already begun—do you see it?”
The issue is not whether God has moved.
The issue is whether we are willing to move with Him.
Your past is not under construction—it’s under the blood.
Your future, however, is under formation.
This is a season to stop rehearsing healed wounds
And start responding to present instructions.
Obedience over opinion.
Conviction over convenience.
Transformation over performance.
Repentance here is not about shame—it’s about realignment.
God is not dragging you backward.
He is calling you forward.
Let's Pray...
Father God,
Thank You for repairing what I could not fix.
Thank You that my past is covered, forgiven, and healed in Christ.
Now I surrender my future to Your reforming hand.
Reshape my thinking.
Realign my desires.
Correct my steps where comfort has replaced obedience.
Give me eyes to see what You are already doing
And courage to walk where You are leading.
I trust You—not just for salvation,
But for transformation.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
If you sense conviction, it is not condemnation—it is direction.
Jesus is inviting you into a deeper walk, not a religious routine.
A life of obedience, growth, and formation.
If you are ready to follow Him forward
And grow through intentional discipleship,
Ekklesia Christian Life Ministries is ready to walk with you.
