What is Sacrifice to You?

Good Morning Ekklesia 

Quick question...what does sacrifice mean to you? For each of us it is personal, different, over the years we may have formed an opinion about sacrifice and stuck to it.  Many won't recognize sacrifice unless something has been sacrificed or given to them. And others just take and never give.

I believe sacrifice is a requirement in every relationship. The best example to follow is how Christ our Savior sacrificed for us. 

“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd sacrifices his life for the sheep. John 10:11 NLT 

 To quickly break down this scripture, we are sheep first of all. We need a shepherd, not just any shepherd but a Good Shepherd to protect us from everything, especially the penalty of sin. So to protect us save us preserve us (Something we can not do ourselves) He Dies for us (Sacrifice His Own Life) ❤

Now since we understand true sacrifice.  What are you going to do? Will you ignore what God has done for you and do nothing?  Will you continue take take his blessings for granted and don't give nothing in return? Or finally,  Will you sacrifice your life to him because he freely sacrificed his life for you?
