A: No. Fasting is optional, but faithfulness is not. If you can't fast from food due to health reasons, consider a digital or media fast.

A: Grace is real. Pick up where you left off and keep going. Don't quit.

A: Absolutely! We have a Kids & Youth Edition specifically designed for ages 8–17.
