Important Update: New Worship Time, Online Giving, and Digital Ministry Platform at Ekklesia

Dear Ekklesia Family,

 

Grace and peace to you.

 

As we continue to move forward in the vision God has given us, I want to share several important updates that will help strengthen how we gather, communicate, and serve our church family.

 

New Worship Time — Beginning Sunday, March 15

Starting tomorrow, our Sunday Worship Service will begin at 10:00 AM.

 

This change will allow members of our Ekklesia family who work third shifts and nontraditional schedules to attend worship more easily. Some of our members have not been able to attend regularly since we moved from Bluegrass and had to adjust our service time.

 

Now that we are settled at the Nia Center, we can better serve our entire church family.

 

Ekklesia Kingdom Academy (EKA) will now meet at 12:00 PM following worship.

 

Online Giving Update

 

We have transitioned our online giving to a new platform called Subsplash.

 

You can access giving here:
ekklesiachristianlife.org/giving

 

Giving options now include:

• Tithes
• Offering
• Corporate Giving
• Chair Campaign

 

After this Sunday, we will be discontinuing Givelify and Cash App as giving platforms so that all digital giving flows through one centralized system.

 

For those who faithfully give online, please log into your Givelify and Cash App accounts and download your giving history for your personal records.

 

The church will have giving records through March 12, 2026. After that date we may not have access to those records because those accounts will be closed. Please know we will preserve all records to the best of our ability.

 

Our New Digital Ministry Platform

Subsplash will also serve as much more than a giving platform. It will become our central digital hub for ministry.

 

Through Subsplash we will be able to provide:

• Our new church website
• Live streaming and sermon archives
• Ekklesia Kingdom Academy (EKA) study materials
• New member orientation resources
• Dream Team, event registration and activity sign-ups
• Church communications and mass notifications

In addition, within the next four weeks we expect to launch our official EKKLESIA Church App, which will be available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Through the app you will be able to:

• Watch services and sermons anytime
• Receive important church notifications
• Register for events and activities
• Access EKA materials and discipleship resources
• Give securely online
• Stay connected to everything happening at Ekklesia

​

We are also preparing to launch a dedicated Ekklesia channel on major streaming platforms, including:

• Roku
• Amazon Fire
• Apple TV
• Chromecast / Google platforms

​

This will allow our services and content to reach people far beyond the walls of our physical gathering space.

 

A Season of Momentum

Change is not always easy, but it is sometimes necessary. We believe God is shifting Ekklesia into a new season with renewed direction and momentum. These updates are part of positioning our ministry to serve people better and expand our reach for the gospel.
