Joy in the Morning
Good morning Ekklesia
Psalm 30:5 - "Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning."
This verse reminds us of the temporary nature of grief compared to the eternal joy God promises. Although nights of weeping seem long, the morning light always breaks through. This is not just about literal nights but also those prolonged seasons of emotional pain and grief.
Tuesdays may feel like an extension of Monday’s sorrow, but God’s promise is that joy is on the horizon. Though you may not feel it today, keep your eyes fixed on the hope of His joy. Each day is an opportunity for God to show you a glimpse of the joy that is coming. Surround yourself with reminders of His goodness and let your heart trust that the dawn will come after the darkest nights.
God is saying, “Though your heart feels heavy, I am the light in your darkness. My joy will fill your heart again. Keep pressing forward, for the morning is nearer than you know.”
