A Prayer for Ekklesia

Lord God Almighty,

We humble ourselves before You.

Let Ekklesia be the Church You are calling us to be—

not shaped by culture, but transformed by Christ;

not driven by popularity, but anchored in truth;

not impressed with form, but filled with power.

Strip away anything in us that does not reflect Your heart.

Give us courage to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ faithfully—

the cross without compromise,

grace without dilution,

truth without fear.

Make us a house of prayer, a people of repentance,

a community marked by love, holiness, and obedience.

Teach us to discern Your voice above every other voice,

and to follow You even when the way is narrow.

Let our lives be the sermon.

Let our love be the witness.

Let Your Spirit be our guide.

Build us as You promised—

a Church the gates of hell cannot prevail against.

We surrender our plans, our preferences, and our pride to You.

Have Your way in Ekklesia. Have Your way in our lives.

Our families, our homes, our all belongs to You.

In the name of Jesus Christ,

our Savior, our Shepherd, and our King.
